CONFERENCE THEME

GREEN ECONOMY AND SUSTAINABLE GOVERNANCE: NEW GROWTH DRIVERS FOR THE PRIVATE SECTOR

The global transition toward a green economy is redefining growth paradigms, corporate governance, and regulatory systems. As sustainability becomes a central pillar of development, private enterprises are increasingly required to innovate, restructure, and align with low-carbon and resource-efficient models. This transition presents both strategic opportunities and regulatory challenges for businesses worldwide.

The conference aims to explore these trends, highlighting the pressing challenges and opportunities for the private sector, especially as Vietnam advances its Net Zero commitments and deepens integration into the world economy. SEBL 2026 aspires to serve as a platform for scholars, policymakers, businesses, and international organizations to exchange ideas, share best practices, and propose solutions toward building a sustainable and resilient green economic ecosystem for the private sector.

We cordially invite researchers in the areas of economics, business, management and law to explore contemporary issues in the theory and practice of the green economy and sustainable governance. Authors are encouraged to submit theoretical, conceptual and empirical papers that draw on qualitative, quantitative, mixed and case study approaches to explore, evaluate, critique and debate issues arising from the conference theme.
